Are your products science-backed?
Yes. Every product in our shop uses technology with peer-reviewed research behind it (LED light therapy, red light therapy, etc.). We share specific wavelengths, clinical mechanisms, and expected timelines on every product page — not vague "glow" promises.
Who are your products for?
Women in their grow-back seasons. Postpartum moms. Women in their 40s navigating perimenopause changes. Anyone who's tired of complicated skincare routines and wants results from 15 minutes a day.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 24-48 hours and arrive in 5-9 business days within the US. International shipping takes 10-18 business days.
Is shipping free?
Yes — free shipping on every order, no minimum.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. You'll get an email with tracking the moment your order ships.
Returns & Guarantees
What's your return policy?
Each product comes with its own results guarantee (30-90 days depending on the product). If the product doesn't deliver, full refund. No awkward questions.
Do I have to send the product back?
For most claims, yes — once you've used the product for the guarantee window. Email us and we'll send a prepaid return label.
Product Questions
Are these safe to use during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
Our LED and red light therapy devices are non-invasive and contain no chemicals — they're widely considered safe during pregnancy and nursing. As always, consult your doctor if you have specific concerns.
Can I use multiple Sunday Aura products together?
Yes — they're designed to layer into a full ritual. Many customers use the Reroot Cap in the morning, the Glow Mask midday or after cleansing, and The Reset before bed.
How quickly will I see results?
Each product has a different timeline. Check the individual product page for specifics. In general: skin products show results within 4-8 weeks, hair growth within 12-16 weeks, sleep/relaxation tools within days.

How do I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or log into your account.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you message us within 12 hours of ordering, we can usually catch it before it ships. After that, you'll need to refuse delivery or use the return process.
