Free shipping on every order. No minimums.
Orders ship from our fulfillment partner within 24-48 hours. You'll receive a tracking email the moment your order leaves the warehouse.
Delivery times:
- United States: 5-9 business days
- Canada & UK: 7-12 business days
- EU & rest of world: 10-18 business days
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, email us at hello@sundayauraco.com and we'll track it down.
Returns & Guarantees
Every Sunday Aura product comes with a results guarantee:
- The Reroot Cap — 90-day grow-back guarantee
- The Glow Mask — 60-day glow-up guarantee
- The Reset — 30-day reset guarantee
If you use the product consistently for the guarantee period and don't see results, we'll refund you in full. No long forms. No "did you use it correctly" interrogation.
How to start a return
Email hello@sundayauraco.com with your order number and a quick note about why you're returning. We'll send you a prepaid return label and process the refund within 7 business days of receiving the product back.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement immediately at no cost — no need to return the damaged one.
